Privacy

This page explains what Lucid Session LLC keeps when you use this website, and for how long. Our software is covered by its own license agreement, shown when you install it.

Your account

An account is an email address, a password, and your settings. If you take part in the community or send us feedback, what you post is kept: feedback is private unless you choose to share it, and in the community other members see only your handle. To delete your account, ask through the contact form. A log of changes to accounts, with the email address that made each change, is kept permanently, even after an account is deleted.

Visiting this site

We count page views, with nothing that ties a view to you. Downloads are recorded: the time, the file, and the country they came from (from the IP address, which we don't keep); if signed in, this information may be associated with your account. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in and to keep the site working; none of them track you.

The contact form

Messages sent through the contact form are kept, with the reply address and name you give and, if you were signed in, your account.

How long we keep things

• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
• The log of changes to accounts: permanently.
• Records of emails the site sends you: 30 days.
• Feedback, community posts, contact messages, download records, and page-view counts: kept as part of our records.
